  1. With this visa you can:
  1. Perform activities related to the employment.
  2. Bring eligible members of your family.
  3. Enter and leave Indonesia as long as the re-entry permit is still valid.
  4. Study, as long as the foreigner obtains multiple residence permit activities.
  5. Conduct investment-related activities.
  6. Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

  1. Comply with Indonesian laws and regulations.
  2. Comply with the employment contract.
  3. Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
  4. Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
  1. Other information
  1. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
  2. Doing work that is not suitable with the stay permit.
  3. Making sales of goods or services, unless required in the employment.
  1. Document Requirement
  1. Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
  2. Proof of living expenses.
  3. Latest color photograph.
  4. Curriculum Vitae;
  5. Travel itinerary;
  6. Another document has explained the purpose of the foreigner's arrival, such as:
  • proof from a government institution in the labor sector; or
  • proof from a central government or local government office that has the authority, if the foreigner is sponsored by the government.
  1. Visa Validity
  1. This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
  2. Please note that the visa validity period is different from the period of stay, kindly check your visa for the period of stay Information.
